Black Box-Ride On Time.mp3

The first single "Ride on Time" was an international hit, making Top 10 in many countries and No. 1 in the UK, soon becoming the UK's best-selling single of 1989. The song heavily sampled "Love Sensation" by Loleatta Holloway, a 1980 disco hit. The Black Box title is derived from the lyrics "Cause you're right on time".

Dan Hartman, writer and producer of "Love Sensation", was not sought for permission to sample his song, and soon after the international success of "Ride on Time," questions arose as to the true vocalist on the song. Legal proceedings ruled that Loleatta Holloway was the actual singer on "Ride on Time" (albeit by means of the "Love Sensation" vocal samples) and Black Box surrendered a large percentage of the royalties from the song to Hartman and Holloway. The song eventually did make it onto the Dreamland album when it was released later in 1990 as well as the Hits and Mixes compilation, and numerous other compilations. A new version of the track with vocals by Heather Small appeared solely as a single. Subsequent releases, as well as the album tracks, also featured a then-uncredited Martha Wash as vocalist. Quinol lip-synched the vocals in "live" performances and in music videos. Martha Wash sued Black Box, RCA and then C+C Music Factory for performing vocals on their respective songs and not receiving due credit. These legal actions led to the legal recognition of vocalists who perform songs for other artists, including samplings. Wash received full vocal credit upon the single release of "Strike It Up", but the music video still featured Quinol lip-synching the lyrics.readmore

Ibiza Closing Party 2010

pasword:(www.bunggsu.com)

As a last bastion to summer sun, the 2010 Ibiza closing parties are set to go off with a bang. Or, to be more specific, a pounding techno pulse guiding the asynchronous movements of a riotously liberated throng.
It’s manic. It’s hedonistic. It’s progressive. It’s the biggest and most infamous party (or should we say ‘continuous sequence of parties’) you will ever attend.
What are the Ibiza closing parties?
While its picturesque beaches, winding coastlines and historic world heritage attractions are a bonus for daytime viewing, the primary tourism draw of Ibiza is, without a doubt, its infamous nightlife.
Every year, in July and August, thousands of young people will make the party pilgrimage to this Mediterranean island paradise. What they are greeted with is an epic two-month celebration of class-A disco climaxing in September with a final blow out celebration that brings new meaning to the term ‘big night out’,readmore

Claude VonStroke Vocal Chords (Original Mix).mp3

VonStroke created dirtybird records in 2005 and has been running everything from A&R to daily operations ever since. The name "Claude VonStroke" was a joke that caught on after he released a series of quirky tracks under the moniker in order to help kick start the dirtybird label. His very first record, “Deep Throat,” used a strange vocal sound effect as percussion to make a sleeper hit selling tens of thousands of copies. The follow-up track, "Who's Afraid of Detroit?" was the catalyst that changed his career from bedroom producer to touring DJ. He has been blessed with similar success stories ever since.

Claude's real name is Barclay, a guy raised in the suburbs of Detroit who wanted to be a filmmaker but always had a knack for music. After several different film careers of varying success he moved to San Francisco and started dirtybird records. Since 2005, dirtybird has carved out a niche as a premiere American dance imprint and has released over 50 EPs. The label is mostly known for dirty house music with distinct hip-hop, funk and drum 'n bass influences. readmore

DJ Irene I Do Both Jay And Jane.mp3

The dance music world is a world of escapism. People come out to dance to forget the life dramas that wear on their souls or to be a little more glamorous than they are during the day. The DJs who are loved the most are those that provide moments of beauty, clarity, inspiration and hope that everything will be alright and beautiful. This is why DJ Irene is America's most loved DJ. DJ Irene has seen drama, has fought chemical and personal demons, has lived without a home, has seen the power of escaping her reality and did it with flair. About life's challenges she says, "All I can say about getting through the b.s life gives you, is you gotta be fearless. It is your life, why be afraid? If you screw up and live, you will still be here, and you will still be the only one who has to do anything about it." She is a survivor, a character with an off-the-beaten-path lifestyle that has surpassed all obstacles and helped create the new American Dream for the next generation.
The cult of DJ Irene began at Hollywood's mega club Arena. Here, her DJ and life dramas played out through her mixing and publicly on the dance floor. This only made people love her more and helped her to see how she could give back by leading a positive life with the music. She says, "At one point I realized that I am not just playing records to the same people every weekend. These people care about me, more than I care for myself. I knew I had to make them proud by being proud of myself, by taking care of myself, by being the best."readmore

Markus Schulz The New World (Original Mix).mp3

Markus Schulz – The DJ: Through his natural audience affinity, flawless (and seemingly effortless) mixing and innate tune selection, he has wowed crowds in pretty much every major district, principality and metropolis. Schulz’s DJ career has, to the greater degree, run parallel to that of his productions. In the early Noughties, having fixed focus on the hinterland between trance & progressive, he began to reach audiences further and further afield. In 2004 he was signed to the David Lewis Productions agency (also home of the World’s No.1 DJ Armin van Buuren) and his career took another big step forward. Now a regular fixture at the world’s biggest & most famous clubs, arenas and festivals, he lays down his unique trance-progressive vision on a weekly basis. In Europe, he’s smashed Trance Energy, Nature One & Dance Valley, worked tent-pegs loose at Creamfields & Global Gathering and brought gridlock to the Love Parade. Stateside the colossal Electric Daisy & Ultra Festivals have both felt the Schulz pressure and yet further afield still he’s induced floor upheaval in China and Australia (most recently at the Future Music Festival). After several significant showings in the Top 100 DJs chart, he now ranks as one of the top 10 DJs in the world and in 2008 was voted Best American DJ at the IDMAs.readmore

Darling I want the whole world to
Get on the floor

And everybody knows I get off the train
Baby it’s the truth
I’m like inception I play with your brain
So I don’t sleep I snooze
I don’t play no games so don’t get it confused no
Cos you will lose yeah
Now pump it up
And back it up like a Tonka truck
That badonka donk is like a trunk full of bass on an old school Chevy
All I need is some vodka and some… coke
And watch… get donkey konged
if you’re ready for things to get heavy
I get on the floor and act a fool if you let me
Don’t believe me just vet me
My name ain’t Keath but I see why you Sweat me
L.A. Miami New York
Say no more get on the floor
Dance the night away
Live your life and stay out on the floor
Dance the night away
Grab somebody drink a little more
La la la la la la la la la la la la la la
Tonight we gon’ be it on the floor
La la la la la la la la la la la la la la
Tonight we gon’ be it on the floor
I know you gotta clap your hands on the floor
And keep on rocking work it up on the floor
If you’re a criminal kill it on the floor
Steal it quick on the floor
On the floor
Don’t stop keep it moving put your drinks up
It’s getting ill it’s getting sick on the floor
We never quit we never rest on the floor
If… I may die on the floor
Cos… London to Ibiza
Straight to L.A. New York

Highly regarded by both DJ Magazine and ultra-loyal fans, DJ Tiësto, due in part to his legendary six-hour, energetic live sets, has been elevated to mythical status as one of the world's foremost trance DJs. A native of Breda, Netherlands (born Tijs Verwest on January 17, 1969), Tiësto first starting playing out at a well-known club in his hometown called the Sprock. Discovered there by the GM of Rotterdam-based independent labels, Basic Beat Recordings, Tiësto released his first of five mix CDs as a part of the label's Forbidden Paradise series. With quick success and an accelerated work ethic, Tiësto soon partnered with Arny Bink and, in late 1997, started Black Hole Recordings as a private label for his productions and mixes, which became the birthplace for both his Space Age and revered Magik series (Vol. 7 hit during the summer of 2001).
